I found New Dawn Training to be very supportive, approachable, and quick to respond with any queries throughout my qualification period and beyond. Sometimes it was hard juggling the requirements of the qualification alongside my 'day job' but Dawn was always available for guidance and was incredibly patient and helpful, offering 121 time whenever possible. I have just completed my Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training with New Dawn Training. Dawn was extremely helpful and was very willing to fit our 1:1 meetings around my work allowing me to complete the award in a relatively short space of time. Whenever I was unsure of how to proceed I felt comfortable in asking allowing me to progress quickly. All in all it was made to be a smooth and simple process.

I've recently completed my A1 Assessor Award with Dawn and the team at New Dawn Training and I've been impressed with my experience from start to finish. Thank you to New Dawn Training who I had such good support from when Completing my Level 3 Award in Education and Training, Dawn was always there and ready to help, she provided one to one support when needed, so I was able to get the questions in my head. As a woman working in construction it was great to get this qualification completed as needed to do another qualification to become a trainer and Tester. The e-portfolio was great it’s was so easy to use and allowed me to learn, in my own time. This is the second qualification with New Dawn Training

I participated in a pediatric first aid training with Dawn and Colin and find it very useful. The theory part, which takes couple of hours online, was buit with good amount of knowledge. Plenty of videos with good explanation and films were so helpful.I really enjoyed the practical part with Colin.He is very professional and knows how to build a great atmosphere.I would recommend New Dawn Training!
