Motability Scheme at Arnold Clark Kia & MG Liverpool

Excellent customer service from David Ramsay & his team, who explained how the motability Scheme works & also how to operate the car. No problems throughout the whole process. Thoroughly recommend anyone to use Arnold Clark if looking for a motability car (or any other car for that matter).

My wife and I never leave reviews but in this case we felt we had to because of the fantastic service and customer care we recieved from Dave Ramsay at Arnold Clark Liverpool. This is the third time we have gone through the process of leasing a motorbility car and it has been by far the best experience we have had. Dave impressed on our initial call to the branch, so much so we dismissed our nearer Kia supplier on the Wirral to go over to Liverpool, Once there we had a brilliant conversation with him about all the pros and cons of different vehicles, he explained all our options and we definitely appreciated his help in finding the car most suited to my wife's needs.The service from Arnold Clark Liverpool was fantastic but Dave went above and beyond to help us I therefore have no hesitation in advising any Motorbility customer to go to this branch and ask for his help.Many thanks Dave from Paul and Val.
