Ordered via Uber Eats but they won't let me review through them so I'm here.Food arrived an hour after ordering. Delivery time was delayed 6 times.The receipt on the bags was completely wrong. Wrong items, wrong price.Some items were missing from the order, others were just wrong. (Ordered large coke, got small, etc.)Uber gave me a £12 refund from the £48.60 order to compensate for missing items". Meaning that I still ended up paying for the wrong items that I didn't want and they just made up the difference.I'm absolutely not happy but there is nothing else Uber will do."

I've visited this place on several occasions and they've had no milk or sauce dips, also the food has only been Luke warm. They seem to prioritise home delivery and you're left in the car park, waiting for your food.

Always use the drive through when passing . A busy stop but that ensures the food has most recently been cooked up .friendly staff always greet you with a smile

It’s a McDonalds, nothing special, quick drive through even when busy, fast service. As to be expected from a chain like this. Staff often seen cleaning tables etc, keeping clean and helps create a nice atmosphere.

Love this McDonald’s! Really friendly staff! Food was hot, and fresh. Loved the long Chesterfield style sofas, felt like I was sitting in my front room. Keep it up x

Fantastic McDonald's, one of the best I've visited in a long time. Staff very friendly and happy to help, food always hot and correct when customising a order, and good portion sizes- many times I've been to other mcdonalds for a mcflurry and only get given the pot half filled up, but at Sheppy way they fill it up to the top with ice cream and more and enough toppings.
