Holwell Holistic Retreat

Imogen is a wonderful yoga teacher! I find her classes very effective, and I can feel myself progressing every time. Her studio is a very serene and inspiring place which creates the perfect atmosphere to practice. I would highly recommend giving it go!

This is the perfect retreat centre, every room had character and warmth. A perfect place to escape to find quiet and stillness. The owners were lovely and incredibly helpful throughout the retreat too, already planning my next one :)

I love Imogen's yoga classes. Such a beautiful setting and as soon as I walk in I feel instantly calm and peaceful.Since attending Imogen's classes I can see and feel a massive difference both physically and in my mind. My fitness, flexibility and strength have really increased (and its helping my running too).I cant recommend Imogen enough-a real life changer

I could not recommend Holwell highly enough - it is the most perfect retreat venue. As a teacher, I have hosted retreats at other venues, but I will keep going back to holwell as it's perfect. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, the site itself is beautiful and you really get a sense of leaving the busyness of life behind and entering into a space which has an undeniably calm and grounding energy. The house itself is a beautiful farmhouse that feels so inviting and the communal spaces are amazing for the guests to connect with eachother. The close proximity to the coast is also so fantastic for a retreat - it really couldn't be better.Imogen and Sam are such lovely, genuine people and make the experience so easy for you as the facilitator. Gorgeous wellness venue in beautiful countryside. Imogen is incredible - one of the best massages I have ever had! Comfortable, homely and restful. Would highly recommend.

Imogen's teaching is first class and she adapts the poses well to whoever is in the class. She is young but extremely well versed in yoga and has studied in depth for many years, which comes across in her teaching and general demeanor. She is very welcoming as are all the people that i have met at her beautiful studio. There is a strong energy of concentration in the classes which helps everyone keep their focus. i have been practising and teaching yoga for many years but i feel i will learn alot from Imogen as i have not studied Ashtanga in depth before. Imogen is an inspiration to her students and she is also an amazing therapist. I highly recommend making the journey out to her wonderful yoga space for a class and treatment too. Thanks Imogen for creating such a beautiful retreat space.

Amazing stay. All my guests loved this venue as a retreat space. I have found my new favourite place to host retreats. And thank you to Imogen for providing fantastic massages. The guests all left very happy!
