Great walks from this picturesque little harbour along the sea front to Musselburgh. Wonderful bird sanctuary and picnic spots along the way.

Love it, could sit there for hours looking over the Harbour and the Firth of Forth. Plus an excellent Coffee, burger, etc stall. The toilets are also pristine.

Lovely wee harbour to visit. Mostly quiet but occasionally a bit rowdy with people jumping into harbour. Close to all facilities

Great place to start a walk or cycle along the shore to Portobello or Musselburgh or along the Esk. Lots of buses from Edinburgh pass close by. You can also cycle back into Edinburgh on the Brunstane path

Good place for a visit to the sea - very good coffee/etc outlet,Sizzlers, for refreshments. Nice views across the river mouth.
