When we experienced some slight delays with our solicitors and Help to Buy Wales, James made sure he took the stress away from us by chasing them up which sped the process up and contacting us as soon as he knew what was going on. Not only did he provide us with amazing service he also found us a great mortgage we don't think we would of found ourselves. The lifetime fee is very reasonable and also puts our minds at ease that when our fixed rate comes to an end, James will do his best to find us another great deal for many years to come. An advisor called Clive Williams dealt with my mortgage application up to the point where he stopped responding to my emails. We got to the provisional accept on a mortgage agreement in principle stage and after sending all required paper work he stopped answering my emails. The mortgage application had been successful so I didn't understand why the lack of response. Very unprofessional and will avoid in the future!

James has been phenomenal in finding me multiple mortgage agreements in principle and then in helping me decide which mortgage suited my needs the best. He had the agreements to me within hours which allowed me to schedule viewings immediately. He was always friendly, approachable and well-mannered and reassuring with his extensive knowledge. His assistant Nia was extremely helpful and always on the ball for my individual case despite knowing they were probably juggling many. Wouldn't recommend anyone else to help you with your mortgage!
