HS Therapy
I recently tried sports massage and cupping service for shoulder pain/stiffness. The massage helped release my shoulder stress, and the cupping was a unique and effective experience. I left feeling relaxed, with improved flexibility and reduced muscle tension. Highly recommended.

I spent quite a long time looking for where I could cupping therapy in Glasgow, and now I don’t quite remember how I got involved with the guys, but I met them in February and have been working together ever since. If you have never done it, then my definitely recommendation is to visit these guys. They also have it available deep tissue massage, Which is very cool to combine with cupping therapy Well, if you have intense loads, then this is one of the ways to unload your muscles and reboot your body.In general, my recommendation!"

Been a few times to HS Therapy after rugby games/ for injuries and they're amazing!! Felt so so comfortable and Mann talked me through the whole cupping procedure and felt so much better after each session. Left with so much mobility and with some exercises to prevent further injury and help my recovery! Couldn't recommend them enough!

I got Recommended this by my friend and this was the best therapy session I went to. the cupping service was amazing and affordable since I am a uni student and I will be back for the recovery session.

I recently tried cupping therapy at HS Therapy and was pleasantly surprised. Mann explained the process well, and the treatment eased my muscle tension noticeably. The therapy had positive impact on recovery and it’s worth it. If you're open to trying new recovery methods, I highly recommend HS Therapy. Will come back again next month.

Travelled from Aberdeen down to Glasgow to visit during the basketball off season and Mann was great, releasing my shoulders the first time I went with cupping and massage. Went down again a couple of months later before I left to get my hips and ankles looked at and again left feeling a lot better!

I can't recommend HS Therapy enough. I've had mobility issues in my shoulders and traps for years and no other therapist has been able to help me other than Mann.He's extremely professional and has such a warm, friendly manner. He takes the time needed for any issue and his followup advice is amazing!Why aren't you already booking in?

Been going to Mahn regularly once a month for 6 months now. Has helped hugely with recovering from a shoulder injury - which the NHS told me I’d be stuck with for life. Providing not only massages but a rehabilitation program combining specific exercises and stretches, he has helped me regain confidence in my athletic abilities.Go see Mahn, fix your body.
