Outstanding service!!! Gary and Suzi helped me get the right bike for my training,; went above and beyond with correspondence and setting me up for the road! The bike is fabulous, and will be back when she needs to be serviced! Thankyou :-)

Very good experience. Booked my bike in for a comprehensive service and general advice re what was needed to prepare the bike for an upcoming La Velodysee trip. Gary did a lot of investigation to diagnose the source of an annoying tick. Gary recommended an upgrade to the wheels to better handle gravel trails and an upgrade to the front mech to resolve shifting issues. Two weeks into the trip and the bike is performing well - so glad the wheels were upgraded.

I’ve been cycling for many years and have recently moved to the area. Ciclo offer exceptional professional knowledge and experience, the quality of which I’ve not seen before. Put simply, if you want expert repairs or servicing to your bike, look no further than Gary and Suzie. Gary has a wealth of knowledge and experience and is unrivalled when it comes to maintenance of top end road bikes. But don’t tell everyone, let’s keep it to ourselves as we don’t want him getting too snowed under so he can’t fit us wannabe pros in!

I have used Gary and Suzi Blackett for all things bike related since they moved to East Devon in 2015. Gary's knowledge, experience , and attention to detail is exceptional , not just as a mechanic , but with absolutely anything and everything to do with bikes. Their customer service is also 5 star and they are a great team.

I'm very pleased to have discovered Ciclo.My bike only needed a small amount of work but Gary found the tricky-to-obtain part quickly and fitted it on the day it was delivered. Bike is now running smoothly once again.I've also had some issues with my saddle and, after taking measurements, Gary's loaned me a trial Selle SMP saddle. First ride on it suggests my problem may be on the way to being solved.Gary and Suzi are knowledgeable and friendly and there's no hard sell at Ciclo - just a warm welcome and good advice. I'm 25 miles away but Ciclo is going to be my 'local' bike shop.

I have used Gary for all my servicing and bike repairs for many years. I have just had my road bike serviced by Gary last week at their new workshop at Colyton. I was booked in for a bronze service and the cassette was to be replaced. After dropping my bike off it was inspected and I received a quote of what needed doing and the costs involved. I gave the go ahead and was contacted by Suzi to say it was all done and we arranged a time for me to collect which was a Saturday. As always a great service at a reasonable price.
