Really delighted with the service from Bouncearound - the guy who came to set up for us was very polite and friendly, and helpful with organizing a different bouncy castle for the rainy day we ended up with. My young daughter had a bit of a fuss as the disco Dom was a little dark (she just turned 4) and without a problem the guy came back and swapped the bouncy castle to another one, I appreciate that he really went out of his way to do this, as ive dealt with many people who would have had an attitude or simply said no - the guy was so kind and happy as long as we were happy, I highly recommend these guys to anyone who would like a reliable and friendly service! :)The bouncy castle was in great condition, (as was the previous disco Dom we had swapped) the options for castles were brilliant and the kids had a blast even in the rain lol

Brilliant service! Have used this company for all of the kids parties! Even got the bouncy castle dropped out a day earlier than we had originally booked, three very happy children. Mats were provided and the castle was sanatized before use. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service! Reasonably priced, guy who delivered was lovely, everything was on time and the bouncy castle was perfect. Even had Bluetooth speakers so we could play music for the kids during the party!Will be recommending them to everyone and definitely using them again for our next party.

From start to finish my experience with Sean was absolutely brilliant nothing was to much trouble for him and always kept us updated on delivery. bouncy castle and soft play was absolutely fantastic the kids loved it.. would definitely highly recommend for people to use this company
