I had the pleasure of being a tenant at one of Steve's properties during my final year of university. Steve always dealt with any issues immediately and professionally and showed a great level of care for his tenants. Great landlord!

Steve is the most accommodating landlord I’ve ever had, any problems we had Steve was easy to contact and made sure they were sorted immediately, anyone would be lucky to have him as their landlord :)

I’m my 4th year of uni I was fortunate to live in one of Steven's properties. Having lived in a variety of other student housing I can confirm steven was by far the best landlord. If we ever had any problem he would come and sort them as soon as he possibly could. He was always incredibly fair and never tried to charge us for things that over landlords would try and nit pick over. All in all if you’re lucky enough to live in one of his properties, you’ve got the best student landlord in Portsmouth in my opinion!

Had a fantastic time renting with Steve at the Hunter Rd property; he really took care of us and any problems that came up, no matter how small. The property was a lovely place in a friendly area, and was made better by allowing us to personalise our rooms by having things on the walls. Totally recommended to other students.

It has been an absolute pleasure living at 35 Oxford Road. An amazing property and an amazing landlord. Brilliant communication and any issues were instantly dealt with. Steve has been a fantastic landlord the past year we’ve rented from him. His rules on decoration really allows tenants to make the house feel like home, and having creative freedom on mounting things on walls etc. Any problems we encountered while in the property, however minor or major, were dealt with as soon as possible, while minimizing disruption with any work carried out. Deposit was returned the day after we moved out! Steve, thank you for everything, you really take a lead on how renting SHOULD be done- anyone who is able to attain a property from SOM is very lucky :)

Steven is an excellent landlord who truly cares about his tenants. He was extremely helpful throughout the year and would be out in a moments notice if we had any issues.
