I have been greatly helped by the clinical Pilates that Amy has been teaching me. It has given me further understanding of my body. Already after 6 weeks I am seeing improvements in my posture and strength. I also require chiropractic care from City Chiropractic, currently from Andrea McCormack who is excellent. Together with direction from Amy I feel my self care has gone up another level. Amy is a top class physio and really knows what she is talking about. Her assessment of my needs was spot on and Amy has now introduced me to Reformer Pilates with very promising results. Amy pays great attention to detail and is caring and supportive.
