Steph is a fantastic instructor who delivered an exceptional First Aid Course for 3 of our employees. She supplied a lovely lunch, tea, coffee and snacks throughout the day which kept them very happy.Would very much recommend and will renew with her again!

Steph is such a good trainer, I learnt a lot more with Steph than I have with previous First Aid courses. Steph is so warm and welcoming which made the day even better! The lunch and coffee were amazing too! Thank you Steph :-)

Nurse Stephanie Brenner, the director of Ice First Aid Training is a total delight! Thorough, thoughtful and a great teacher, who loves what she does. I would highly recommend her training.First Aid training isn’t an easy subject - it is all about preventing death after all - but Stephanie knows how to make the day as fun as it can possibly be, whilst being informative and detail oriented.

Steph is fantastic!Whether you know a lot, a little or nothing about first aid, you will learn something new.Steph's real-world experience and background shine through in her teaching, explanations and examples.Her teaching environment is relaxed and comfortable and I was kept engaged thoroughly throughout the 3 day course, which is in stark contrast to the previous course I did many years ago: lots of people, a trainer with no real world experience, in a cold office which I couldnt wait to escape!Thank you, Steph, for being so hospitable and lovely over the last 3 days, it was great.Cheers!

Steph ran a fantastic three day course for myself and a colleague. It was so well organised, delivered with enthusiasm and Steph was friendly and professional throughout.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this course to anyone who needs the first aid qualification. I now feel well equipped with the knowledge and confidence to cope with any situation that might arise in the workplace.
