The small, Italian member of staff, Lelia, was extremely rude and aggressive towards me while shopping. Considering she classes herself as the face of the ‘perfume shop’, her threatening behaviour is disgusting! I will be taking this complaint further!

Leila/Leela not sure how to spell her name, but she was totally amazing and helpful. She is kind and caring and treats you as a friend not a customer. Will definitely be going back againA lot could learn a lesson from her.

A wonderfully streamline and personal experience today at the Purfume shop. Served by a lovely woman who was knowledgeable and personalising my experience to me and not for a generic customer. Enjoyed it so much I've signed up to their loyalty scheme and now looking forward to my birthday even more with 15% off my birthday order ;) totally worth going in - especially if you've done your homework beforehand and know roughly what you like.

Placed order on 1st December and confirmed dispatch on 2nd with post office tracking for delivery within 4 - 7 days.22 days later and post office still saying awaiting dispatch from supplier ? No updates given to order progress.When querying where my order is told they will send out again, no apology, but it is now too late as a Xmas gift delivery , clearly incompetent and will not be using again. Back to boots for me !

Ordered online as the set I wanted was not in stock but it was better price than Amazon or eBay and I knew I would receive the genuine article not fake as there are so many eBay. Arrived at the store within a couple of days and collection was quick and easy. Will order men's fragrances from here again in the future

Perfume Xmas pressie delivered for collection. All items were there, but perfume bottle should have been engraved. Paid extra for this and now need to sort a refund.....hassle!
