Absolutely blown away with the customer service from start to finish, drive, tech, equipment, styling, details, looks and road presence. Jack was friendly, relatable, knowledgable and showed he was confident in what he was doing. The real test is when things don’t go as planned but Jack (unlike many other dealers) was proactive is keeping in touch by email to keep us updated on the delivery date. Together with this when there was a little confusion on what car was being allocated to me simply held his hands up to say I got it wrong and I’m fixing it. That’s being transparent and accountable. I also asked a few uncomfortable questions around the deposit and money and he also handled them perfectly.

Amazing level of service from the team at Ancaster Dartford Renault. The sales person, Jack Self, was brilliant. Then I was introduced to the Manager, David Batchelor, to go through the rest of the paperwork and he was excellent as well. I would highly recommend buying a car from Ancaster.

My MG ZS had an issue with the front passenger door lock, wasn’t opening from inside for more than 2-3 months — but weirdly when they checked here it was all fine — Friendly staff, from reception to work shop ,over all a great service , only issue is I had to wait for this appointment for more than month and a half - Rob in the workshop was really friendly and professional - Highly recommended

Kash and David our sales people at Dartford Ancaster were extremely helpful and Kash our sales person took his time to explain every detail about the new car we were ordering. David went out of his way too to make our buying experience pain free We would definitely recommend this showroom.

Excellent team at this dealership, I dealt with Kash from the sales team, and Mo on the service desk, neither could be more helpful if they tried.Kash took care of my elderly parents when ULEZ forced them to change vehicles, alleviating their concerns with going EV, and facilitating test drives to ensure they were comfortable with the different driving behavior of an EV (Renault Zoe) over their old diesel vehicle (Nissan Note).Being it was a second-hand vehicle that I purchased, there was a small 'niggle' I had with it a few weeks later, but Mo sorted this without any drama whatsoever.Off-peak it takes me an hour to drive to this dealership from where I live, but for the service I receive it is definitely worth it.I will happily return when it's time to change vehicles again.

We were given an appointment the day we requested and despite arriving 90mins late we were accommodated immediately.Kash spent 2 hours with us and was knowledgeable, courteous and could not have been more pleasant. He offered us refreshments and even to collect us at the station should we return by ttrain.We met 2 managers and could not be more impressed by your organisation.

From the time I decided to buy the car , Kash was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything went smoothly. A couple of small things was sorted out straight away. He was very polite and he never pushed me into buying the car. I definitely would recommend my friends to go to the garage and recommend them to see Kash.
