Never answer the phone just as useless as there marriages

I believe there's an internal conspiracy to shut down the help line and to achieve this they have resolved simply NOT to answer the call when you have selected your option. I lost the will to live and my resolve after 35 minutes of regular recorded reassurances that my call was important to them and they would answer it soon...yeah right!How is it possible not to answer a call after 35 minutes of keeping the caller holding on, other than by cunning design!

I was very anxious going to give not of my marriage a few weeks ago but the lady who I had my appointment with could not have been more pleasant.I would also like to add that the two registrars sent to officiate our marriage on Tuesday, Tricia and Judy, were just delightful. They really made the ceremony. Thank you!
