David and the team at Garrick want commending for the watches they produce. I always buy watches made in the UK and it is always nice to come across such dedicated people with regard to quality.David was a pleasure to deal with from my initial enquiry to delivery.The Norfolk itself is a marvel.The dial is amazing - it is not easy to achieve an enamel dial of such quality.The hands are mesmerising when the sunlight hits them.The crown is elegant and complements perfectly .The exhibition case back is a delight - not too fussy but not devoid of features.I will certainly be watching this brand from now on.

I was looking for a genuine British made watch and to be honest, despite being a low-key collector, I had not heard of Garrick at the time they came up on a search. With my girlfriend living in Norfolk (and having spent some of my youth in Norwich) it was really a no-brainer to visit them and start chatting about what they could do. Next thing you know I had ordered a Regulator and built up a good rapport with both Dave and Simon.The fact that they also service all brands (authorised officially by some) meant that I could also leave some of my collection with them for, long overdue, services. All three serviced to date are now running as they should be.There is a unique element to my Regulator and the fact that you can discuss variations to their standard design means you can create a 'one off' timepiece. Getting to know these guys has caused me to change my perception of watches...and there's another on order!

Garrick Watchmakers provided me with a beautiful python strap with calfskin lining of exquisite quality.I reached out to them as I was looking for something unique, and in 4 weeks it was ready (it was not in stock at the time).The waiting time was definitely worth it.Dave, the owner, was kind enough (and patient) to provide me with updates and pictures of the product during its production.Now, I can't wait for the leather to soften, so I can enjoy the strap at it's best.I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a high quality, British product and personalised customer experience.

Absolutely fantastic watch strap replacement service by Garrick. Garrick have crafted the most beautiful, quality strap for my Christian DIor RIVA watch. Throughout the whole process, Dave Brailsford kept in touch with me, checking on my requirements and offering trusted, expert suggestions. To say I am delighted with the strap, in an understatement.

The guys at Garrick are amazing. From start to finish there was constant updates and options to tailor the watch to my exact liking. Dave is great and even sent the watch down for me to look at before everything was finalised which I thought was a great touch. Everything about it is fantastic and I couldn’t recommended them enough if you love seriously well made watches. And knowing that someone has sat down and spent the time to build the watch and it’s pieces by hand makes it extra special in my eyes. Also the shark skin strap is exquisite!

Garrick watches are really beautiful. This stunning watch was made by David's team. He talked me through the process and options and it all went rest smoothly. To get this done during the multiple lockdowns speaks volumes for Garrick's commitment to customers. I can see myself back in line for another model before long.

I first heard of Garrick last year, I was quite intrigued by the design and the “made in England”. I was interested by the S4 as I liked the dials and the price. when I met David at his home we spoke for a long time about the watches, clearly he is passionate with horology. While I was trying a few S4, Dave showed me a picture of the new S5, it was still under development, he only had a few pictures, it was still at the early stages of the project, when Dave explained the differences between the S4 and the S5, and how he could make it absolutely bespoke to the smallest detail, more impressively he helped me decide on various occasions to reach the absolute exact watch of my dreams.David kept me informed of the development of my watch, he sent me pictures and vids of my watch at various stages of its construction. After a few months of waiting, I finally got the watch, it came with multiple leather straps matching the dial, in a nice box, I couldn’t be more pleased with the result, it was worth the waiting. It has been 8 weeks now I have my S5, I wear all the time, I am still in the honey moon period, the accuracy is an astounding 1sec/day and the power reserve is just below 3 days. Dave is great with advices and a true professional. A big thank you for everything.

Just purchased an S4 and it is exceptional. I'm lucky to own a number of watches, IWC's, Breguet's etc and the Garrick is now top of the list. That's not said lightly. It's no easy task producing a great watch and taking on fierce competition but that is exactly what Garrick have done. It is a credit to Dave, Simon and the rest of the Garrick team. Love the fact they are producing great watches in this country, brilliant.
