Shop from Crisis, Brick Lane

Great selection of clothes, friendly staff, excellent cause

Super pleasant shop

Experienced what I can only guess was racial discrimination in the brick lane branch today. Please change the name on your door as the staff in this store are clearly unable to represent your brand values. For a shop called Crisis , not only did your staff lie (badly) to my face THREE times for no reason I can see apart from how I looked, her behaviour was also co-signed by her manager. Both were happy and almost gleeful to not provide assistance when asked in an emergency. Shame on CRISIS and I’ll be boycotting and so will my friends and family.
