Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my experience here. I was not asked what I wanted to do with my nails at all! They just made an incorrect assumption and cut my nail down the finger the moment I sat down. I was not given a proper manicure, it was painful, messy and uncomfortable. It seems like a good place for a detailed nail design but not a good place for a relaxing manicure.

Terrible service, would definitely never go back, had to stay for even longer as they messed up after being given clear instruction. Over priced for the bad quality nails. Marks and scratches all over the nails and when pulled up about it they declined further service

It all seems to be a rush, the quality of service is poor and that is because they are trying to get as many customers as possible through the door. I tried to show the man doing my nails the pattern that I wanted 3 times and then he told me it was too late to have it done. I then asked for the ends of my nails to be painted and he said he cant do it...I queried this and finally got the answer of ..' it will take too longI was shocked as he said no to almost everything pattern or design I wanted. I wouldn't go back. 3 customers came into the shop after me and they were asked what colour etc that they wanted!I was also shocked to see him pour the liquid he used to do my nails back into the bottle

I’ve been going here for years and even when I moved a lot further away I still come back every time! Best nails I’ve had, they last for weeks and always look great. The staff are all lovely and they are super creative when you want something special for an occasion! Love them!

While they are fast and the nails last, I'm really disappointed with the overall finish. Three times I've been in and each time the nails are too thick, look bumpy and are always uneven sizes. The shape wasnt right either and when I brought it up I was quickly told I cant have that shape as the extensions eould need to be longer. This is nonsense as I have had that shape several times before at shorter nail lengths. Last time I went in to get nails soaked off, they ripped them off instead of soaking them and my own nails underneath have been ruined ever since. My last trip in I was also overcharged which I let slip but after that I am definitely not rushing back.
