What fantastic service. Stafford listened to what i wanted and advised a few adjustments to achieve what i needed. Not only did he ensure that i had a very fast computer but also that i didnt spend a fortune. In short, a superservice i could recommend to anyone.

I needed a full CCTV install, as well as new external security floodlights.FBITECH provided a professional, cost-effective turnkey solution, installing an 8-channel DVR with 6 5MP HD cameras. They also installed 2 100W linked PIR-controlled floodlights and one 50W driveway-covering motion-sensing floodlight.The clarity from the cameras is excellent. They use natural light during the day, switching seamlessly to integral infra-red view at night. Faces are easily recognizable, as is Mr Fox on his nightly patrols..The high-quality DVR allows for selection of trigger areas, privacy masking and on-demand playback among many other features. I can monitor any camera from anywhere on my phone or tablet.One critical aspect in choosing FBITECH is that they have a fully qualified electrician on staff. Other companies proposed power-over-ethernet solutions, where the camera signal shared a cable with a low-power camera power source. This invariably produced an inferior image. My installed solution uses a dedicated camera signal cable and a separate 240V power supply, for a vastly superior end result. For this a properly qualified electrician is required.Stafford from FBITECH was able to fully explain all these technical aspects to me before I decided on the installation. As I am not a technical person I appreciated the lack of jargon and his patient covering of all aspects. He also took a lot of time walking around the house with me to discuss the siting of the cameras and floodlights, as well as the internal positioning of the 'control room' where the DVR and screen lives.Stafford also spent a long time making the required adjustments to camera angles and sensitivity, to ensure that I got exactly what I needed and all required areas were covered. The 2 spare channels mean additional cameras can be added in the future if needed without an expensive upgrade.With the quality and functionality of the installed system initially being the major positive point, having worked with FBITECH I can now add their courtesy, punctuality and professionalism to my reasons for recommending them. As an added bonus, they are also experts in home and business computers and peripherals, and helped me set up a new TV with Internet and TIVO at no charge.I can highly recommend FBITECH.

Excellent service. My WIFI was dropping out a lot. I spoke to Staff at FBITECH, he took me through the options and gave me a really competitive quote. We made an appointment for him to assess the issue and within 10 mins he'd set up an extender which works brilliantly and all for a reasonable price. I'll definitely be calling again if I have any other tech issues.

I haven't been able to get internet in a remote location for ages and until i found FBITECH some of the quotes to achieve this was near on impossible.After having a conversation with Mr Vance or (Stafford) as he likes to be called, not only did he show me different ways around my many problems he also showed me a way that was much more easier to budget.we agreed for the work to go ahead and i cant say highly enough how professional Stafford is in his work, all work was carried out in the time period agreed and all areas cleaned after work had been doneThank you from all us and good luck in your future projects

Fantastic work and prices but also an absolute gentleman too!Our experience of working with Stafford has been nothing short of excellent. We were doing a complete rebuild on our home which meant liaising between 2, 3 sometimes 4 different parties/individuals and knowing Stafford would be at the end of a call or turn up, literally without any notice from us, was very very reassuring.Even a 1.5 years, after our completion, he has popped round for the service but also at least 3 times whenever something has needed fine tuning or I am at fault for breaking some settings.Cannot recommend him high enough.

I recently received a message purportedly from HP saying my pc had been hacked. The screen was frozen and I couldn’t get rid of the on-screen message. Not knowing what to do I contacted Stafford, he quickly came round, resolved the issue, downloaded a further FREE security package and advised on what security packages to use when the current contracts expire. Really impressed with the speed of response, speed of resolution and what’s more he’s a really nice bloke. I would recommend him to everyone.
