I had my brows laminated by Lara, she was amazing and very helpful throughout the whole process. I have very thin brow hair that it looks almost nonexistent but she managed to still give me the the exact look I wanted and I’m so happy with the results. She listens to what the customer wants and goes above and beyond to help them achieve their desired brow results. Highly recommend.

Lara was brilliant at listening to what I wanted as a customer but she also gave fantastic advice too. She made a great job of shaping my eye brows and was extremely patient when I deliberated over the tint of my brows. I popped in for a brow lamination, tint and wax with Lara and really was so pleased with the experience. Lara is so sweet, we had a lovely chat which made the time fly by at the Benefit counter. My brows are stunning! She asked me the type of look I wanted, and kept checking in every step of the way so that I understood the process and was happy with how it was going. Really fantastic experience, Lara was so professional, informative and diligent, I was confident in her throughout the entire appointment!

This was my first experience at benefit brow bar and I can honestly say it was fantastic. As I was going to be in London for the day I decided I would get my brows done and chose benefit my advisor/therapist Lara was absolutely brilliant she went through the process step by step was was nice and friendly. Although I only had my brows done she explained the products did a skin test and was very knowledgeable. I do have a benefit counter in my home town which is where I would definitely be getting my brows done from now on but when I am next in London for a weekend or something special I would book in with Lara again

Lara did an amazing job with my brow lamination + shaping. It’s apparent how she loves what she does and how technically skilled she is in doing these services. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the session and explained to me the steps as she did them. Considering how sparse my brow hairs are on one of my eyebrows, I was pleasantly surprised with how these turned out to be full/thick and well balanced for both brows. Highly recommend this service and Lara when you decide to try this!

I got en eyebrow lamination, tint, and wax with Candice and she was amazing! She talked me through every step she was doing and was so lovely. I would definitely recommend her and getting your eyebrows done here.

I had Lara do my eyebrows and she did them perfectly, the best I have had! Not only did she do my brows, but she also helped me pick out some make-up too which I love. Will definitely be coming back to get my brows done with her!!!!

Lara did my brows here and she did an amazing job shaping it according to my preference. It was extremely busy on the day but she prioritized all the customers’ needs the best she could and was super friendly to all of us despite the shop being understaffed.

I had my brows laminated for the first time today with the wonderful Lara. I honestly couldn’t recommend Lara enough, she explained every single step and made sure I understood what was happening. I was there for about an hour and 40 minutes and we chatted the entire time about anything and everything! I’d been thinking of getting my brows laminated for a while but was really nervous they wouldn’t suit me but I’m so glad I did it, Lara made sure my brows suited my face and made adjustments accordingly. 10/10!
