Highly recommend AJT Sports Therapy. Amanda quickly identified and treated the cause of my reoccurring lower back pain and having been pain free for 4 years I cannot thank her enough. Amanda’s Pilates classes are unique, her dedication and small class size allow for individually tailored moves to further aide your road to recovery.

Having someone that is so knowledgable ,trustworthy ,reliable and yet fun is exactly what I want from my physiotherapist and Amanda ticks all those boxes.I have referred many people to her ,nobody should suffer when a few visits to Amanda will have you doing cartwheels (even if you cant already!!)
