1st Class Minibus Travel

Used 1st class for our journey too and from Birmingham airport and I can honestly say it was first class! The vehicle was spotless and smelt divine. Zed was a great driver and he communicated well with us. He also has a great sense of humour. I would definitely recommend 1st class. Thank you very much for your service Zed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Where to begin with this man. He left a family of 11 stranded at Birmingham airport. We’re all well aware that getting out of the airport takes time and with a family of 11 including 6 children has its own struggles within itself. This man decided waiting 10mins was too much and left them at the airport stranded with no other option. After speaking with him he told me I’m not longer waiting and have left to come back to Rotherham as he has another job booked in. Why take on two bookings of you aren’t able to honour them. Appalling service from this business. AVOID AT ALL COST.Reply:There was no abuse at all. That’s factually incorrect, I’m not sure who you travel with but no airline would allow 32 large suitcases for 11 people, your math just doesn’t add up. There were a total of 17 large suitcases plus hand luggage which is why we requested a trailer. Your actions on the day just can’t be justified. You saw them approaching you and decided to drive off leaving them stranded with no justifiable reason. Furthermore when called later on to question your actions you responded with ‘bring you and your army’ I’m not entirely sure that is an appropriate manner to deal with a complaint but that’s just my opinion. All the best to you but I certainly won’t be using your services.

Used 1st class minibus travel for my stag do to and from Manchester airport and could not recommend them enough. On time picking up and very modern and clean minibus zed our driver was fantastic and very accommodating will definitely be using them again for my next group/family trip.

Took us for our hen weekend away, driver was polite and punctual, let us play our own music and very patient with our frequent requests for toilet stops. We have no problems recommending this company and will be our first call next time we need a minibus. Thank you so much ☺️

The minibus was early thus avoiding any early stress. Spotless inside and a very obliging driver offering to take us to numerous pick-up points. I will 100% use them again.
