I had a brilliant experience at this wonderful bridal boutique. Tanya was so welcoming, professional and knowledgable. A week after my appointment, I am still feeling elated about not only finding my wedding dress, but the whole experience she gave me. Tanya works so hard and you can see how much she cares about her brides. I can't wait to go back when my dress arrives!

I had the best experience at Lily Jacobs. I knew what I wanted but when I tried the dresses on they didn’t feel right, Tanya then pulled something I never thought of trying and I loved it! She wasn’t pushy and gave some really great advice. She was really welcoming and made me feel comfortable. If you are getting married I highly recommend going to visit her in the shop and have already sent a few friends her way! Thank you so much!

Highly recommend Lily Jacobs Bridal, I had a wonderful experience with Tanya looking after me. Being a plus-size bride, I was very anxious about going wedding dress shopping, but I needn’t have been. From the moment my mum and I walked through the door, Tanya and Emma were so friendly, they made us feel welcome and very comfortable. The set up of the dressing room and method of trying on dresses was dignified and private, meaning I didn’t have to worry about my wobbly bits being on show! Tanya and Emma were brilliant at working out what I liked about a dress and suggesting styles. My chosen dress needed quite a lot of adjustments, and Abi was fantastic at making it fit perfectly. Overall, Tanya, Emma and Abi are some of the loveliest people you’ll ever meet and I couldn’t recommend Lily Jacobs more.

Being a curvier body shape, I was nervous about what my experience would be like, especially as I had heard bad stories about other places. As soon as we arrived however, Tanya was friendly, down to earth and put me at ease. She worked with me on styles and budget. The whole experience has been so positive and I was over the moon to find my gorgeous dress. It needed a lot of alterations which is where the fabulous Abi came to the rescue! Calm, empathetic, patient and so talented - she made it into the perfect fit for me. Can't recommend Lily Jacobs enough, thank you so much xx

I recently bought my wedding dress from Lily Jacobs Bridal Boutique. They had so many beautiful dresses to choose from and the service was first class. I visited twice, once to try on a whole range of dresses to see what style I liked and a second time to choose and buy my beautiful dress! Tanya was amazingly helpful, warm and accommodating. We were made to feel very welcome and comfortable each time we visited and each time there were extra little touches to make the visit extra special. Throughout the whole process, Tanya gave great advice and feedback without making me feel rushed, pressured or judged in any way. I was encouraged to take photos so that I could look at them again at home to help me make a decision on which dress I liked best. Not all shops allow photos so this was an extra bonus and Tanya helped me to get good shots of each dress. Overall a great experience - cannot fault this place at all.

The most wonderful experience!! We were made to feel so special for the full 2 hours. Tanya and Emma were such a fabulous team; they listened to everything I thought I wanted and ended up finding me the most stunning dress - which was completely different! Tanya made choosing my wedding dress such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt very relaxed and welcome. Tanya has such a fantastic range of dresses to choose from and is second to none for both service and knowledge. She was very patience to let me try on as many dresses as I needed to, to find the right one. The choice she has is amazing. I would 100% recommend to everyone to go to Lily Jacobs to choose their dress. All the extra little touches and both Tanya and Amy made it such a memorable time.

I don't know where to start! My experience at Lily Jacobs was just truly amazing. From start to finish, I was made to feel so special by Tanya and her team. You instantly walk into the boutique and feel right at home. It's beautifully decorated with an array of stunning dresses. I was so nervous to try and find a dress that was my one" but with Tanya's help we managed to find something that is perfect for me and I can't wait for my partner to see me in it! So many wonderful little touches and Tanya truly cares about all her brides! Even my experience with Abi at my first dress fitting was just wonderful! I can't recommend Lily Jacobs enough
