SUPER helpful with supplies, haven't been in a few years but if Dawn is there you're in extra extra good hands! When I was small my rabbit had 9 babies and we took them there because we knew they'd be impeccably looked after and going to great new homes. I could also visit them whenever I wanted (I was 7 and missed them of course!).

Super disappointed to be refused entrance at 18.02 when for urgent cat litter needs because we close at 18.00 and our tills are done". After 5 years shopping with you every week or so

Great store to get Dog food & toys & Bird seed. If they don't have it in stock they wll order it for you. Staff are very helpful & super friendly.

Unfriendly staff, refused to accept a valid voucher despite us spending copious amounts of money in the store on our dog. Yet they think you would create a voucher for like $10 when the last item we purchased in the store was closer to $200. ah well, won't bother going back!
