Really helpful business - despite having one of their busiest weeks they fitted me in on the day as I had to leave really soon after. Very reasonably priced too. Thanks for your help!

Called in to get my bike pedal fixed as the old 1s threads had worn down. Micheal the guy who worked there was very accomodating and personable. We had a good chat about our love of hip hop while he worked on the bike. He fitted a new pedal for me and didnt charge me a thing! Very pleased and would def recommend

Absolutely faultless first class service, above and beyond, I can't thank them enough!!My ancient Raleigh was brought back from the brink today after a long spell in the shed (due to covid lockdowns and extended maternity leave) and will live to fight another day. It was an absolute joy to get back on two wheels again. Highly recommended. A huge thank you from me!!

I mess around with vintage bikes as a hobby in my spare time. Had an issue replacing an old freewheel on an ancient road bike (a locking nut I didn’t have a tool for). Realistically, I just needed a locknut undone. Tried three other bike shops, none of which had the tool. Two declined to even look to see for me.Michael could not have been more helpful. Genuinely interested in the project. Not a big job but he stopped what he was working on to solve my issue. Five minutes & a great chat later, he’s got a happy returning customer. Payment offered but declined. These are the shops we need! Absolute gentleman. A wonderful local resource that I will use again and again.

Angels work here.After being turned away from one bike shop because our bikes are ‘too old to deal with’ we came across the angels at Belfast BicycleWorkshop who were able to make time for us, embrace us, giving incredible customer service and help to fix exactly what we needed (3 new spokes and truing the wheel).The shop was meant to close at 2pm. We arrived at 1:30pm. They were up to their eyes in bikes and grease and still managed to make time for us and other customers who were turning up unannounced. Doubt they would have managed to close before 5pm. These guys aren’t here just to take your money, this is a passion and a vocation for them.Where other shops might just want you to buy a new bike and get rid of your old one, these guys are here to fix and help in an affordable way. Great ethos & admirable morals.If it’s broken fix it - don’t just chuck it out and get a new one. If only we could apply this to our relationships we’d be happier people all round.

Austin & Michael are excellent. Superb knowledge and value, been going here years, wouldn't take my bike anywhere else.

Went to get a brake fitted a couple of years back; only writing a review now as I left feeling quite intimidated. From reading the reviews it seems Im not alone. Rude, arrogant and aggressive. Would not recommend.
