Shocking, £8 to do a wash and you needed to pay with coins..... horrified

I used this self service laundrette recently and the lady that helped me was very helpful and kind. The self service laundrette door is next to the drop off for serviced washes. There is a large table for folding and should you forget, washing powder is available to buy. Don’t forget your £1 coins for the machine.Prices are£5 - 9 kilo wash£10 - 18 kilo washDrying£2 for 12minsThey have three 9kg machines and one 18kg machine. There are four dryers for the general public. The laundrette also offers cleaning services for duvets and clothing. They do use these machines for serviced washes so it can be a little busy but as I said they were super helpful and kind.

Staff were very rude and we’re made to feel that we weren’t welcome. Was told that a machine would be free shortly and left after waiting around for 20 minutes and being ignored.

Serviced or self service launderette.Really helpful staff who washed our duvets promptly and had them ready to pick up at the stated time.Prices seem OK but we were more interested in the service so didn't really shop around for cheaper.Next time we have large, bulky items to wash, we will not hesitate to return

I do not recommend totally ignoring the client. I came at 15.40 and I found out right away that they close at 4.30 p.m., she doesn't cheer me up a lot, the woman asked me to leave, even though it closes until 5. p.m. total disrespect I do not recommend

Had a linen suit with a red wine stain which went in for dry cleaning. They dry cleaned it but were unable to remove the stain and told me it was impossible. Gave it a go myself and it came off easily. Useless
