I can't express my gratitude enough to Elizabeth for making my wedding dress shopping experience absolutely delightful! From the moment I stepped into Bridal Reloved, Elizabeth's exceptional patience and understanding instantly put me at ease. She understood the overwhelming nature of choosing the perfect dress and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I never once felt rushed. I was also shopping for the dress solo as my family and the bridal party were not in the UK. She patiently took pictures and videos of all the dresses I was trying out so that I could send it to my bridesmaids and family.Would 100% recommend her store for all future brides to be!

Reloved York was wedding dress shop number 7 for me! Elizabeth was very welcoming and had a collection of slightly alternative and unique dresses, along with the classic styles.Elizabeth has most of her dresses listed on Facebook and identifies when these have sold. This allowed me to look through the dress catalogue and pick out favourites knowing that they would be in store.I visited the shop by myself and Elizabeth made me feel special, built up my body confidence, but was also honest in her opinions. When I found a dress I liked, she helped me to video call my family and show off my chosen outfit.Great customer service. Value for money. Would recommend.Thank you.

I attended with my mum 9/7/22 and from the moment we arrived Elizabeth was super welcoming and nothing felt like too much trouble. There were so many more beautiful dresses available to try on than expected and at no point did I feel rushed, overwhelmed or that my budget was under any pressure. Elizabeth is still in touch with me following the purchase with guidance on the next steps and I feel reassured that should I have any more questions she will be happy to help. Overall a really personable experience.

Elizabeth was very friendly and welcoming. We just popped in for a quick look, without an appointment and I ended up getting my dress! She immediately put me at ease and helped me choose the dress I feel comfortable in. She was very patient as we battled with technology to facetime my mum!A great experience and a lovely range of dresses. Would highly recommend!

Dress shopping for me had been overwhelming with a lot of dresses to choose from. Elizabeth took a lot of that stress away, she really knew what I was looking for and genuinely cared/seemed excited about my wedding. I think it also helped having a relaxed atmosphere with the shop to ourselves. Elizabeth also had great knowledge of local artists that could create bespoke accessories to go with my dress which I am so excited to look into. Thank you so much for all your help, can’t wait to wear my dream dress!

Found my wedding dress with the help of this lovely shop and the expert eye of Elizabeth. I was finding the whole experience of wedding dress shopping stressful and overwhelming, especially as I was on such a tight budget. So coming into Bridal Reloved York was such a relief. Elizabeth was so kind, patient and knowledgable. And the dress we found is just perfect, I absolutely loved wearing it last Saturday to get married!Thank you so much!

From the beginning Elizabeth was incredibly patient and accommodating, completely understanding the overwhelming nature of deciding on a dress.
