Excellent service! For over 20 years one of my biggest nightmare was the passport's renewal of a family member. My latest two experiences were amazing. My teenager daughter had a dedicated slot after school and no appointment was needed. Within one hour we were out. Everyone within the Consulate was polite and professional. The passport arrived in the post within 5 days. I had to book an appointment for myself and was already prepared to deal with the painful process at 7pm sharp for a few nights. In fact, I managed to book my appointment at my first attempt! Congratulations to the new team!

Had trouble with passport delivery times in the past but have to say this time we had two passports ready in two weeks. There's still room to improve the process, maybe take digital payments and allow online submission? But overall I'm confident giving an aspirational 5* score.

We renewed the passport for my 8 years old son via post.It has been very quick. less than a month to receive it back.The office informed us when they started to work on the request and when the new passport was ready. very efficient. Thank you very much!

Each visit both for passport and I D card have been very positive, staff helpful and polite. It has been fairly easy for me as I could visit under the new silver day program which allows people 70 and over to visit without an appointment. I would advise arriving to queue early as the consulate tends to get very busy.

Everyone I've dealt with at the Consulate has been wonderfully quick, efficient, and friendly. The place is well managed (despite small space available in the building) and the citizenship staff in particular are simply brilliant. They respond very quickly to emails, and have been helpful throughout. Now hoping it all goes as smoothly with the passport/ID department too!

I tried to book an appointment online but was told there were no slots available, which seemed rather strange. Called the call centre and received a call back (which is a good feature). Spoke to operator 44 who was excellent. Booked me an afternoon slot for next week and provided excellent service.They really should be able to just offer an online option as the UK does for passport renewal!

Called the appointment line to book an appointment to renew passport, it was easy and straightforward, spoke to a very helpful operator (operator 44) that assisted me and was warm friendly and professional. previously the only way to get a passport appointment was having to book via a booking portal online and it honestly was a nightmare as the appointments were only released at 11pm at night with MONTHS and MONTHS of waiting, The new telephone booking system is much easier, quicker and efficient as you can ask questions etc by talking to a human. Well done for all the improvements and making life for busy people a bit friendlier and easier.

I mean. They never ever made me do the passport, there is no slots nothing they don't call back , there is 1 hour a week slot where you can report it and while in call it obviously overflows because of the irrational timing and idea. I solved quicker spending to go in Italy and do everything

I was in urgent need of renewing my Italian passport and the first available appointment in London was not before 3 months. So I contacted the Consular Agency in Woking who collected all my documents and two weeks later I had my new passport! That's a fantastic service which I will definitely use again in future.
