Always have machines in stock when one breaks down. I wish that they would service / repair machines where I live or to repair on their site. The Bosch service engineer in the Fort William area is too unreliable and does not respond to messages voice or text.

Couldn't find it at first but now I know the location. Right across from Harry gows in Smithtown. After a wee bit of a wait for my parts coming in( not their fault !) everything is ok. Good service with a smile & nice , clean shop. No complaints!

Extremely good engineer Scott arrived as promised sorted out intermittent fault on new dishwasher. Left area clean and tidyWill certainly call on them again if needed.

Our old washing machine had developed a serious fault and was beyond economic repair. I contacted Highland Appliance Services on the Monday to purchase a replacement, and we had a new washing machine delivered just before noon the next day.The engineer, Neil, was cheerful, friendly, Covid-19 aware and proficient. He installed the new machine and removed the old machine for recycling in a short space of time.Job well done and will continue to give my custom to this company in future. Highly recommended!

A prompt and efficient service to repair our dishwasher.The problem was resolved within three days thanks to an early appointment becoming available due to a cancellation.The technician was a polite and efficient young man who soon had the fault identified and repaired. He observed all the C-19 protective measures. He also made a good job of clearing up when he had finished.Charging rates are clear and reasonable, so the invoice total came out at about what I was expecting. No nasty shocks there.Official spares are used, so there is a a guarantee on parts.I would definitely recommend Highland Appliance Services to anyone needing an excellent repair service.
