Absolutely fantastic service! We hired a bouncy castle, a disco dome slide and 6 diddy cars for my twins birthday party.Professional and friendly, arrived on time for drop off and pick up. Items hired were clean and in good working order.Would recommend highly and hope to use them again soon.

Excellent experience. Hired the disco castle and slide and the Diddy cars for my daughters 4th birthday. The delivery, set up and pick up all ran on time and really efficient. Communication was excellent and Jerry was great with my daughter and her friends.When he was taking the castle down my daughter and a couple of her friends were still there and he made it more of a game and avoided the girls getting upset by letting them jump and flatten the castle which they loved.Would definitely recommend and hire again from this company.

I called to discuss different bouncy castles and ordered online (within a week of delivery). I had a call to confirm booking 24HRS before the delivery date then Jerry turned up as promised on time at 12:30, he set up really quickly, explained everything, engaged with our 5yr old son, even getting him to help with the decision on Jerry’s new bouncy castle purchase. The bouncy castle (with slide) was great, clean, well maintained and supper fun, we used the disco lights but didn’t use the speaker due to our daughter’s sensory difficulties. Jerry then arrived to collapse and collect at 18:30 as promised, got four of the children to help him, with minimal fuss, the bouncy castle was gone and you’d never have known it was ever here, no damage to lawn or limb! - fantastic service, very happy to recommend and will certainly use again. FIVE STAR SERVICE.

We hired a big dinosaur bouncy castle for mid October garden birthday party. Everything was fantastic from start to finish with dealing with this company and we will definitely use them again. We were able to call and speak to someone right away for all our questions, given proper advice about what we may need to do, booked with confidence and had excellent communication. Supported us with working out if our garden was suitable. Came bang on time to the time they said they would deliver, and warned before they came to collect. Castle itself was clean, in good condition, worked as expected and had no problems. Kids absolutely loved it and we had a fantastic experience.

We hired the underwater themed castle for our daughters second birthday, and it was amazing. From booking, delivery to pick up, the whole experience was exceptional. Great service and Jerry is a friendly, helpful guy to deal with. We will definitely be booking through Northants Bouncy Castles again.
