And once an increased offer was accepted, the team have supported us every step of the way to Exchange and we look forward to Completion on Friday. Knight Frank in Worcester were excellent in dealing with the sale of two properties. Very professional, they kept me informed every step of the way, providing feedback after each viewing and managing offers received.I would like to specifically mention Dilek who is the office manager, a lovely helpful lady, and Barbara, who conducted the viewings. She previewed the properties and created comprehensive file notes so that she had loads of additional information to provide answers to questions that were raised by the viewers. Writing this recommendation from a buyer perspective... Knight Frank, Worcester were so great to deal with and so unlike previous estate agent experiences. The house purchase process is pretty stressful anyway, but to have someone to speak to that really made us feel like they were helping us get it across the finishing line and on everyones side was great. Excellent communication also!
