Huntley's team are professional, respectful and friendly. There guidance was highly appreciated and made us well looked after , and allowed us to deal with the bereavement stress free, again many thanks to Sandra and the rest of the team Ken Hopkins.

We can not fault the service we received from Huntley’s. From our initial phone call to them to the planning of the service & then finally the funeral we were all treated with the utmost respect & compassion. Even in the most challenging of times with new restrictions being imposed daily, everyone remained calm, professional & confident in the service they would provide. We would recommend Huntley’s without reservation at a time when families need the kind of compassion and professionalism offered by the whole of their team. Thank you so much.

Huntleys went above and beyond for my family when my Dad passed. They went all the way to Wales to bring him home. Every step of the funeral arrangements Sandra, Steve and Jenny, the whole team. Were so kind and thoughtful. Any time any of our family phoned to ask questions, Sandra and Jenny were always so kind and considerate to us. Steve was so lovely and made sure my Dad was well looked after on the day of his funeral. All the team were so kind and helpful. As my brother and I wanted to help carry my Dad, they were all so helpful and proffesional, they talked us through how to do it all. The little heart trinkets Steve gave to me and my family will always be treasured. The most lovely gesture on behalf of Huntleys. To put one in my Dads hand before the funeral, so we all had a matching heart to keep safe and treasure. The way Steve helped put some of my Dads ashes into a necklace for me was also so kind and caring. Sandra helped organise and seperate my Dads ashes for members of our family to keep. Just a really amazing respectful, proffesional, kind team of people. I will never forget how you made my Dads journey home, right up to his funeral and after. Such a beautiful service. I would highly recommend. Thankyou all so much.

Our experience of Huntleys was excellent. I was dreading it to be honest, yet my brother and I both agreed you (Sandra) made it such a straightforward process, injecting humour as appropriate whilst giving us time and space to make decisions so we did not feel rushed at any stage.Our dealings with you throughout were kind and empathetic whilst behind the scenes you dealt efficiently with all the practicalities involved. April too has been most helpful in any contact we've had. On the day of the service everything went smoothly and with instruction from the Huntleys team, family and close friends were able to bear the coffin.Would certainly recommend your services to anyone.

We went with Huntleys for the service of my dad, the team and especially Sandra were amazing and very compassionate. From start to the initial day of my dad's beautiful send off. Everything was beautiful, for such a sad occasion. Definitely recommend Huntleys.

Firstly if you are reading this review I would like to say I'm sorry for your loss. I arranged my first ever funeral with the help and support from Steve and Sandra at Huntley's of Redditch. If you are unsure of who to use, let them guide you through the process, they are professional, caring but most of all just simply kind people. They provide their service with such dignity and a caring nature, you really are supported by them in your time of need. Thanks Huntley's from all the family.

We have used Huntleys for over 50 years. They have taken great care of our loved ones during their departing, and of our family at our greatest need. The greatest test has been, the restrictions due to COVID-19. But Huntleys were amazing, and managed funeral and internment at the graveside with complete professionalism, whilst showing compassion and thoughtfulness at a very sad time for the family. It is with great comfort to know, that Huntleys placed a 'Little Red Heart' on our Mothers chest, a second was given to us to treasure. Only Huntleys could have come up with this ultimate gesture. We will always continue to use Huntleys.

Such caring and compassionate service from Sandra and the team, I had to arrange a funeral over Christmas, I then contracted coronavirus making everything even more difficult. Huntleys were so understanding, it was a huge relief to me and my family that they handled everything so well while we were grieving and poorly ourselves. A very personal request by a family member was given the utmost respect. We asked for a coffin with daisies, not a problem. We thought Sandra was a lovely warm person to guide us through this process.

I cannot recommend Huntleys enough after losing our dear father in March the service provided by Huntley's was excellent the team at Redditch are a credit to Huntley's professional throughout and all the team were so very kind and considerate.
