Northroute Cars

I have been to look at a vehicle today from this company, Northern Route. I was greeted by this family firm with a great deal of respect and information regarding the vehicle. I have placed a deposit and feel confident that my purchase will be great. They offered a lot of support and a warranty. 1 star is too high. I bought a car from this place 7 months ago with my inheritance from my grandad. The staff were so friendly whilst buying the car. Gave me a months warranty. A month and a day later the handbrake lever broke. Ive had a new water pump and timing belt, even though this had been fitted prior to me buying it which is one of the reasons I bought it. A new alternator. Diesel leak fixed. And now 7 months later I have been informed that the head gasket has blown. When I confronted them in a friendly manner I just got the old, thats what happens when you buy used cars. No apologies. No offer to go halves. I hope you choke on the £4300 I gave you from my grandad. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE PLEASE DON'T TRUST!!!!! My kids were in this car when it broke down........ on the motorway. Mums, Dads please steer clear. Don't put your precious family at risk.

This is the third car I've bought from this dealer and well delighted with my purchase always a good knowledge of the cars and so welcoming and easy to deal with thanks again guys

Bought a car off them few year back great car good value.

We purchased our car from northroute in June, it's been fab! Drives like new and amazing value for money. The lady we spoke to was very helpful and not pushy at all. Would highly recommend northroute.
