Amazing Chakra Rebalancing with Amy. Not had anything like this before and results were incredible. Amy is very easy to talk to and makes you feel relaxed straight away. Her knowledge is extensive and she explains everything really well. The lodge and setting are beautiful and the perfect place for the healing treatments. 5⭐️

I've now completed quite a few courses with Amy at Upwood and I can highly recommend! She is thorough, open, flexible and is very knowledgeable in the field of spiritualism. The courses are run informally, so you make friends along the way and are great fun as well as enabling you to practise and have a go. And her courses, readings treatments are all super reasonable for what you receive!

Amy is AMAZING at what she does, I have recently completed my Angelic Reiki healing course with her and I feel she taught in her own way sharing her own experiences. I feel ready to go into the big wide world without feeling nervous about it! I have also completed Amy's Chakra balancing and reset workshop which I thoroughly enjoyed doing.
