My wife and I have purchased twice now from the travel and leisure groupWe purchased two individual platinum weeks in a Hilton Grand Vacations property. On both occasions we dealt with Georgina who exceptional knowledgeable about the product and help us join the exchange program as well.Each time the service was very prompt and 100% what had been discussed and the prices where very competitive as wellIt is not often I take the time to write a review but felt it the right thing to do on this occasion.I was very skeptical on my first purchase as I had heard so many horror stories around timeshare and sales people, I have recommend friends to this company who have also bought as the service and products are excellentThank you Georgina and the team at Travel and Leisure Group for you support in the purchase of our timesharesMark and Julie Kent

I called Travel and Leisure to ask about selling two weeks' timeshare in Portugal that we owned. I spoke to Kellie who able to give me all the information that I needed regarding market conditions, an indication of sale price, and how my weeks would be advertised and promoted. She also had a contact at the owner's timeshare organisation and was able to explain how the system worked. The process was handled very professionally and efficiently - Travel and Leisure really know their business. I would recommend this company if you wish to buy or sell a timeshare.

Don’t waste your money. Only contact we received was when they wanted us to drop price. Was then spoken to by the rudest patronising woman . I’ve ever had the misfortune to speak to .Her attitude was disgusting.

This is based on my experience and i share the same views as the three out of 5 negative feedback reviews.I received a letter 2 months prior to expiry which included a comment that in the event of no firm offer they will be in touch to discuss further steps you can take. I did not receive ANY calls and when i called their help desk was informed that they do not call customers and the onus is on the customer to reach out to the help desk. I wasn't happy and requested a call back.The follow on call happened just before review date (as agreed) and as I am very unhappy with the way this works/the service levels I decided not to renew.Like other reviews I feel they should be proactive, service orientated and provide some update as they interact with potential buyers/know market conditions rather than rely on the customer.I was told this is mentioned in a document however feel it would have been better if sales had mentioned this at the outset to manage my expectations.

I had a timesharing in Sardegna with New a club Elite to sell since 2013,the year in which my dad passed away. Timesharing is in Sardegna, 2 weeks floating. On 2019 travel and leisure answered me to my email offering their services to sell or rent this property. When I paid the money, they just disappeared. No answer on the phone, not at the email, nothing. The situation was the same before and during pandemia.Worst service ever.

We have been with this company for almost 3 years and like others, we were assured if we paid for advertising, we were more likely to sell. I understand that they can not force people to buy, however, with 25 years experience, i do expect honesty and better guidance. We live overseas, but last year visited and spoke with Sarah, operations manager, to be assured we would receive regular updates and that she would do what she could to help us sell. We have had no updates or contact and recently been told to call the helpline. We dont want an update, we want to know what is happening and why we can not even find our timeshare on their website. Customer service is shocking, unless you are giving them money.

I recently bought a timeshare in the Four Seasons Vilamoura from Travel & Leisure Group.I found the experience to be professional and supportive at every stage of the process.It was my first experience of buying a timeshare and I was very worried and unsure.However I was reassured and never had any concern at any stage.Paula responded to my emails by return and this was very reassuring.I would definitely recommend this Company.
