Butler's Chauffeur Drive

I booked with Frank Butler from the US about a month before our cruise made port in Edinburgh (S. Queensferry) we were 6 women and a foldable wheelchair. Frank & I communicated via email to make the arrangements. When we arrived Scott was at the Pier waiting for us. The price was perfect for the time we booked. Scott was an amazing driver. We had designed our own tour and Scott had no problem taking us where we wanted to go! The day was fantastic because of Franks team! When we come back to Edinburgh we are using Butlers and making sure Scott is our driver!!!

Scott was a professional driver, guide and fantastic companion on our ~5 hour journey to Inverness. He shared local history, stopped for a few nice pictures of the highland scenery, and ensured all of our needs were met. We even stopped at this lovely place by the lake to have a tea. We laughed, learned and had a great journey up north. Also, booking was efficient and smooth. Thank you Scott & Frank Butler! Highly recommend!

My family used Butler for a full day sight seeing trip around Scotland, round trip from Edinburgh. The communication leading up to the trip was excellent, very clear and professional. They sent a message with the name and picture of our driver days before the trip.Our driver arrived a few minutes early and the entire day went just as planned. Scott was our driver and he was amazing. Professional, a great and safe driver, extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all things Scotland. We had the Land Rover and it was in super nice condition. We planned a custom itinerary with numerous stops throughout the day and everything worked out great.This is a great company and I highly recommend them if you are looking for regular transportation in Edinburgh, or a longer journey around Scotland.

I can highly recommend Butler Chauffeur Drive as the service they have provided our clients with is 1st Class each and every time. I have used their services on several occasions over the past few years for VIP/group visits and most recently in July and September 2013. I would not think of going anywhere else as Frank is fantastic at what he does and nothing is too much trouble for him. The knowledge he and his chauffeurs have of Scotland is second to none, our visitors always end their visit with a tour of Edinburgh which they say is the highlight of their visit, this I believe is down to Frank and his team. I travel from Australia to Edinburgh regularly and have used Butler's Chauffeur Drive many times. I have found them to be efficient, friendly and reliable. It is a relief to arrive at Edinburgh Airport after a long flight to be met by Frank or one of his team knowing that you are in good hands. They also provide an excellent service for locations throughout Scotland. I will use them again and recommend this service to any who require that extra attention to detail and the confidence that Butler's provide.
