We did our kitchen recently with Inline Designs. Alpa and Dev were extremely patient and understanding while we went through the design phase and a lot of changes. They gave us plenty of time to change every aspect of the design. All the work was completed well within the promised time. The installation team was very professional and delivered more than what they promised. Overall it was a surprisingly smooth and efficient work. Would highly recommend them.

I had looked at several kitchen design services before finding Inline. It was such a relief to find a team that really listened to my requirements and views to include in their design, particularly as it was to be part of our new living/dining/kitchen space. Their whole approach was very personal and unhurried and I was not put under the slightest pressure to make decisions. Having said that the decision making process was very straightforward. Separate appointments were made for different parts of the design such as lighting and internal fittings, with as much time in between as I needed. Any questions that arose in between meetings were quickly answered and the appointments were all on time. Everything was well coordinated. The final design was perfect for me and the quality of the installation and the products is excellent. It looks exactly like the images we were shown in the planning stage. I have now been using my kitchen for 10 months and can honestly say I would not change a thing. It still brings me joy every time I walk into the space. I wholeheartedly recommend Dev and Alpa and the service that they provide.

What a wonderful team Dev and Alpa make. A seamless process from the moment we visited the lovely showroom to showing off our beautiful new kitchen after installation. Alpa was so patient with our numerous design changes and was brilliant at bringing our ideas to life and her design skills have help us achieve not only a wonderful kitchen but fitted utility room, study furniture and fitted cabinets including my prized concealed bar! Dev, thank you for your patience too, numerous re prices and project delays but we got there. I was pleased with the honest approach on appliances, they saved us thousands by steering towards brands that we had not concidered without compromising the design and performance. The leicht kitchen range is modern, very well put together and looks stunning and for a premium brand very good value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending In line Kitchens in Loughton.

From our first meeting to the finished, superbly designed kitchen, they were a pleasure to deal with and their team of workmen couldn’t have worked cleaner or been more helpful. We used Inline Designs for our new kitchen, they partnered with us from start to finish. They listened to everything we wanted added their expertise and we ended up with the perfect kitchen, we can not be happier. They took the time to work with us and we never felt rushed or pressured, it was a really enjoyable experience with no stress. The fitters that they use are first class, one door was manufactured 2mm too big, not that we could tell, the fitters worked with Dev and Alpa and a new door was quickly dispatched. We loved the kitchen so much we went back and now have a built-in wall unit that compliments our kitchen. Highly recommend Inline Designs.

We found Dev & Alpa excellent & very professional to deal with. They listened to what we wanted and didn’t try to sell us something else. The quality of the kitchen was really good. There were a couple of issues that came up during the install, but they worked through it sorted this out without any fuss. This is exactly what you want when buying a high quality kitchen.
