It won't let me edit my latest review (see above) however, this information was provided to yourselves a week ago! You also have access to all this information so stop trying to push the responsibility to myself. Try discussing with Lynne and her supervisor who I believe is called Nicola.I honestly can't believe all the 5 star reviews for this company, I have literally no idea what went wrong with our order.  I have sent 3 emails and phoned, however, still no response. We were expecting delivery of the tank on the 6th October, they couldn't give an estimated time slot other than before 5pm. A builder, a digger and driver and an off loader and driver were all in place to receive the tank but nothing.........and the next day nothing.....no communication, nothing.  On the 9th October it finally arrived.  So we are now 28 days down the line (at the time of writing this review) and I am no nearer an apology or any form of compensation to recognise our distress, time and inconvenience caused as a result of their service failure.  God forbid anything goes wrong with it whilst under warranty.   Harlequin Manufacturing Ltd you should be ashamed of yourselves.
