She offered for me to see various properties in one day so I could get a feel for what I liked.When viewing the properties I was met by two viewing agents, Sarah and Sue they couldn’t be more friendly. Really understanding what it was I was looking for and helped me see longevity of properties for myself and making the process of house viewing exciting whilst remaining extremely professional!Sadly, I did not purchase through them as the property I chose to purchase was sold through another estate agents, however they offered for me to see Amanda, the mortgage advisor in bridgfords (countrywide fs) for help to understand what it was I could look at financially.Amanda has been so professional and helped me no end with the purchase of my property, explaining every process and following up when necessary with various contacts. A very good experience overall with Gemma and the team. On our first day of looking to buy in Knaresborough we had viewings booked with three different estate agents and bridgefords stood out a mile. Their local knowledge about both the town and the street was impressive. They even showed us a shortcut to get into the main town centre after the viewing without a second thought. Above and beyond. As buyers the Bridgefords contacted their clients and solicitors whenever needed. Multiple viewings requested which was not a problem.

I had dealt with Bridgfords before both on a purchase and sale of my main home, when their Ripon office was open. I had found them to be very good so naturally contacted them again in their Knaresborough office when I had to sell my late mother's home. Gemma and the team (Amy, Eleanor and others) were all very professional and made the whole process as easy as possible.
