Residence Barbers By The Lodge, Bexley

It used to be my go to barbershop. The service and attitude of the staff both have deteriorated. There are two new staff members running the show now. The first thing they have done is increase the price to £16 which is higher than what is stated on the website and they have stopped offering both head and arm massage. Something as basic as a hot towel seems to be at their own discretion. They clearly get on with some more than others, since they have a chat through the entire haircut which may last up to 45 minutes. The quality of the haircut isn’t bad but not good enough to justify the random increase in price and cutting out services.

A great welcoming team always make me feel comfortable with a bottle of Stella or water! I see them regularly as they are my local barbers but they never let me down, always on point with my hair cuts and beard trims! The hot towel is a must!!! Thank you once again boys see you next week!!

Proper expenisive £32 for a sloppy trim up. No better than £10 barbers. Speed is most important to them. Felt like a hedge getting a trim up. Looks cheap!!!

Best barber I've been to. I travel all over the country with work and I've been to many different premium barbers and had a rushed experience. This was not one of them.My guy took his time and made sure everything was absolutely banging.If I lived here I'd go nowhere else, treat yourself lads and get your haircut done the right way.

1st time I’ve used this place, Berat gave me the best hair cut I have ever had, and I’m 58 so had a few hair cuts!

Great service and cuts in the shop all round. Got my haircut from young boy Jim. All the fellas in there great all the time would highly recommend to anyone.
