I have entered some before and after pictures below.The service I received was absolutely faultless and I cannot thank Margaret enough. The communication was great and she does not charge much for all of the effort you can tell she puts in.Not only did she do a fantastic job at reworking our family bear, but she attached personal information about what type of bear this is, where it came from, etc. It was such a lovely touch.

I sent my mums Rosebud doll to Margaret to be restrung, have some paint work done to her face and body and have her eyelashes replaced. This was such a precious doll to my mum who has loved caring for children all her life and this doll is where that care started. Margaret’s communication was great, she let me know when the doll arrived safely with her and when she would be sending it back. She also made a little dress, matching knickers and little socks for the doll so when I got her back she was all dressed and looked beautiful. This was a surprise for my mum and I’ve just given her the doll today, she’s absolutely overwhelmed to have her rosebud (real name Judith!) back after years of being in pieces. Margaret has restored her really carefully and she looks beautiful but not overdone. Thank you so much Margaret.

My mother was given an over wax doll as a little girl (in 1926) that belonged to an old lady when she was young. It was badly damaged by heat and smoke in a house fire. Margaret's Doll World cleaned and restored it beautifully. I could not recommend her more highly.

A friendly service done efficiently and quickly. I had my doll restrung and wig redone. She came back a stronger doll complete with new shoes and socks. She's now ready for future adventures. Recommend Margaret with her love of dolls and teddies.

Hello, I asked Margaret if she could replace my wife's favourite doll's eyes which had stopped opening and closing properly and also were missing the pupils .Boxed up and sent off to Margaret, within a week the repair was done and returned.Very pleased with the work carried out and the very reasonable cost.Thanks again Margaret, much appreciated !.

Not good really. The teddies were beautifully turned out, but the doll wasn't. She was still quite dirty and had bright red painted lips which didn't sit right. I thought she was perhaps rushed on the job. Fifty five pounds seemed excessive, but my partner paid up.

I have just recommended Margaret to some people in a Tiny Tears group on social media. Margaret mended a 1970s First Love doll that was in pieces and also the head had come off. I had picked it up second hand in a very sorry state. The repair was done very quickly with a phone call to update me. I would use Margaret's Doll World again and here is the good job she did restoring the doll to almost new state.

Fantastic service from MargaretA very poorly 63 year old Teddy Bear restored to his former glory after several dog attacks over the years along with all the usual wear and tear.Highly recommended and very reasonable cost for such specialist work

I took my 67 years old teddy bear to have a new growler put in. He came back growling with no evidence of being opened up ! Good as new. Margaret really does good repairs and cares about the things that are left with her. Highy recommended, thank you Margaret !

Margeret repaired my childhood doll beautifully. I am so delighted with the finished results. My doll was given back to me dressed in a lovely hand knitted cardigan and matching shoes, such a thoughtful added touch.
