Had a delay with the order getting shipped out which was due to a family issue. After I chased it up I got an immediate response and it was shipped out that day. They even threw in a few freebies too. I also request a copy invoice and that was immediately sent.

What a delight to use Valentino's from start to finish. Easy to navigate the website to find what I was looking for. No complicated checkout and delivered within a couple of days, What more do you need from a small business.I had a call from them with regards to items I had ordered, out of stock on a particular size but for me running a small business this wasn't an issue and a nice surprise to find they added a couple of extra for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend using Valentino's.

The archival poster sleeves have proven to be absolutely ideal for displaying - and preserving - our collection of original vintage computer advertising/marketing posters. We did try some cheaper alternatives on ebay initially, but the look and feel - and overall quality of the archival sleeves - are far, far superior.Methinks we'll need to put another order in soon!

Antonio is such a pleasure to deal with! We've now ordered three of the flexible mannequins from him for display at shows on motorcycles and they're absolutely perfect for what we needed them for. Antonio was quick to respond to my questions and shipped the mannequins quickly for us so they were in time for our show.
