Good man

Paul Lowe was recommended to us by a family member and so we engaged him to draw up wills and associated documents. We provided the required id and left it with Paul to come up with draft proposals. We chased him a number of times and on each occasion he claimed to be very busy with conveyancing work, but said he would come up with draft proposals within a couple of weeks. This cycle continued for several months until we concluded that as he was prioritising other work above ours so we pulled out. At no time did he contact us to explain what was happening, it was left to us to call him in order to find out what was (was not) happening.
