Have rented from them for seven years and they are fantastic. Pippa, Daniela and Rebecca always respond to your queries and are hands on in their approach. They are customer oriented and you can see that they do their best to make the tenets life as comfortable as they can, while being fair to the landlord. Any issues(barely two in seven years)they got it sorted in good time. Excellent experience. We are first time sellers and Jamie and the team talked us through the whole process. We had 3 agents come round to decide who to use and Jamie was both knowledgeable about the local area and personable. There was no hard sell and the team kept us informed every step of the way. Jamie was very patient with all of my questions and very reassuring. It was an easy sale and I will definitely use the branch when I come to buy a property. I would definitely recommend this agency and particularly this branch.
