When paramount took over the management of our development, Shaun and his team completely turned the place around. Shaun took so much time to see what we all wanted and needed and listened to all of our requests. To say he has been proactive is an understatement.. Paramount took over the management of our development at the start of 2020 after the previous management company proved very unsatisfactory. From day one Shaun was like a breath of fresh air, very proactive , responds to problems quickly and furthermore he keeps all the leaseholders well informed and is willing to take onboard their suggestions. He also keeps a close eye on costs and believes in giving value for money, based on their performance so far this year i would certainly recommend them.

Shaun from paramount was a life saver for me tonight- opened my external door to my apartment block- because I’d dropped something outside- I put everything I had in my hands - including my keys- on my staircase inside to go back outside to pick up what I’d dropped- hence locking myself out- within 20 minutes of phoning him - he’s at my door with the master key to let me back in through the external doorVery professional serviceThank you so much for your quick responseSteve

Paramount have made major improvements the grounds and buildings of the St Giles House, Wrexham apartments and have provided a consistently high standard of maintenance.They have also proved to be capable of responding to urgent requests for help and dealing with it efficiently.Paramount have dealt with the residents in a very open and honest manner with regular meetings to discuss ongoing works, we would not hesitate to recommend them to any other residential developments.

Paramount Estate Management took over the management of our development at the start of 2020. Since then we have noticed huge improvements on the development, it looks more homely and more cared for, etc. Shaun is very proactive in his approach and is always happy to make suggestions on ways to move forward and to improve the development, all whilst remaining within budget. He has always actively involved the directors in any major decisions and for once we as leaseholders feel like we are being listened to ! We are extremely happy that we made the move to change agents and to use Paramount Estate Management.
