Excellent service, from initial enquiry regarding measurements and power requirements etc through to delivery. Very accommodating regarding delivery and kept me up to date each step of the way. I even changed the delivery date a couple of times. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The fire looks fantastic and gives off a great amount of heat. Installation for me was a 2 person job because I needed to get the fire on to it's stand. Other than that install should not take any more than 30 mins to an hour for one person.I ordered the ACR Neo 3C Electric Stove with Cupboard Base, the ACR Dummy Flue Pipe Kit and the Glass Top Plate for ACR Neo Electric Stoves .To install you need a Philips screwdriver to secure the glass and if you buy the dummy flue pipe kit, then say a medium size screw and appropriate raw plug etc if screwing in to the wall.Gives great warmth to the room.

Contacted following an internet search. Pre purchase advice could not have been more willingly given - with no pushy selling at all. I wanted two stoves and for each there were special considerations to complicate matters. Chris was all over the detail and finally delivered them himself to ensure they would suit. Now fitted by his excellent recommended fitter. Could not recommend more highly.

I got in touch with this company after some Internet research and deciding that the model I chose could be supplied from here at the best price I could find. Chris initially gave me some very helpful advice over the phone and I decided to make a purchase. Payment was made and a date from his installer was decided. Then came the installation....Jamie and Shane are likely to be the most polite, hardworking and respectful individuals I've met and seriously take immense pride in their work. They were a pleasure to have in the house for three days and to say myself and partner are pleased is a huge understatement.

The whole experience with Simply Stoves and Lee the installer was brilliant. Melanie was really helpful and knowledgeable on my first visit to the shop and spent a couple of hours with me getting everything planned out. Lee’s attention to detail and workmanship was second to none. The end result is amazing and all with no chimney. Thank you so much - I am over the moon with my wood burner. Well worth the wait.

We replaced a open gas fire back.in February 2022 with a ACR Turnbury inset 4 kW multifuel fire.Jamie the fitter carried out a comprehensive survey and although our 1985 built house had a clay lined chimney, he recommended fitting a stainless steel flexible liner as the clay lined chimney would need to be pressure tested for safety. Jamie is Gas Safe registered so was able to safely and legally remove and make safe the old gas fire and its supply.The installation went very well and was completed in around 6-7 hours. Two fitters including Jamie attended on the day. They were extremely tidy and fully sheeted out the whole room before starting work. They used large rolls of polythene to cover all the carpet and then sheeted on top of that.The fire does exactly what we wanted it to do. It's important to burn only good quality kiln dried or fully seasoned wood however. In use, it very quickly warns the room and as an added bonus, because we have thermostatic radiator valves in our room, they shut down saving gas heating costs.Great service.

Don’t go anywhere else as I doubt you could better the price and service offered. Chris at Simply Stoves is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and the buying process for our log burner effect gas fire was smooth and easy. He recommended Jamie of Gas Smart Burners to install our fire and we can’t have chosen a better fitter. He and colleague Luke took two days to complete the job and his attention to detail and determination to do a first class job and delight his customer was impressive.
