This shop is shocking, I took my girlfriends phone there to repair it’s not working not connecting to the internet and also going back and forth on the wifi connecting screen this place is a scam they’ll put old or broken parts in your phone all I wanted was a phone screen replacement nothing more and they asked me if I wanted a motherboard replacement to get more money out of me, scammers they are I don’t care I’m getting a new phone tomorrow if they like it or not all the problems wrong with the phone in the pictures scammers

Friendly staff ' Shetty was helpful and he gave me a good price. Bought iPad 6 case and screen protect. He fix it and I'm happy. Please patronize Cellphone City as they give pocket-friendly prices.

They took alot money by replacing it with a fake screen. They stole other parts from my phone and now my phone malfunctions.I took it to apple and apple clearly told me alot stuff has been moved around. The phone is 2 years old They found parts of 5 years ago.They refuse to give us warranty, when asked for one they started speaking their language among themselves and confusing everybody around them.These ppl sell stolen goods.We are taking legal action against them for lying to our faces after stealing our money and some of the parts on the phone.Run from this shopRubbish shopAlot going on in thereThey need to be investigated

1 star is too much to give such a company it is the worst phone company in the entire UK.I went to the shop to repair my phone screen without looking up their reviews , My phone was still working, but it was just the screen l wanted changed. They charged me a whole of lot of money, and they stole some part in my phone. Now my phone is bad, the glue that was used to stick it all together came off after a few days.I reported my ordeal to the police, and l have been asked to seek legal advice from the citizens' Advice BureauThey would speak their language amongst themselves when they are plotting to steal from innocent customers. They refused to give me warranty when l asked for it.Beware of these thrieves, lairs and manipulators.

I brought my Iphone 7 to this shop because it was not charging properly.The charger lead never sat straight when pushed into the phone. It was a bit wobbly.They told me that I need a new 'Charging Port' which would cost £30.I said would you do the repair in front of me. They said no which I know they would have.Anyway I took my phone to another Phone shop about 5 mins walk away called:Phone ShopUnit 5A, 68-86 Powis St,London SE18I told them about this problem & gave them the phone.They looked into the 'Charging Port' & could see debris inside.They cleaned it out very well & my phone is now charging like new.They did not charge me a penny to do this!!I did not need a 'Charging Port' which 'Cellfone City' claimed I did.At 'Cellfone City' they will rip-you-off & steal parts from your phone.Many people take their phone there for repairs & get it back in worse condition. They prey on people who now nothing Phones.They are stupid crooks that just can not deal straight!That place needs new management for a complete overall.

Never give them anything valuable. I brought them a rather expensive laptop to replace a battery. They were not able to replace it, and returned the laptop which was not switching on. They did not admit any fault of their own and did not admit it was a working laptop before it ended up in their hands. Had to buy a new laptop and taking them to court now to recover the costs.

SCREEN REPAIR REVIEWWe came with a Samsung S10 broken screen. We asked how much it would cost, straight away the guy took the phone and put a label on the back and asked us to wait until he speaks with the technician. He came back with 2 news, 1 saying they can fix it but they only have 1 screen left in stock, and it would cost £180 to replace the screen to a new one.My partner had to bargain because it was too expensive, until much pleading, the guy finally agreed to knock off some pounds. He said it will take 1 hr to fix and we should come back later. When we came to collect the phone, the phone was glued and secured with rubber bands. The person then speaking to us was explaining it was done so to secure the phone because in few days later the phone case may come off due to the glue wearing off, he said it is not necessary to keep the rubber band around the phone but just in case. The phone also had some dried glue residue left.When my partner inspected the phone, she saw the new screen had a scratch which was strange to her, also a new dent on the phone back cover. The guy kept denying there was no scratch, and I wanted to see the phone but he kept taking the phone away from me as if I was going to run away with the phone without paying.After my partner argued for quite some time with this staff, as he was not listening to the complaint, he then called the manager to speak to us. The manager on the other hand was quite nice. He spoke calmly and listened to the complaint, at first he denied there was no scratch however when he inspected closely, he admitted. He explained the reason the scratch was there as it was from the method the technician used to replace the phone screen.He guaranteed us a 7 day warranty, and if there is anything wrong with the phone we should bring it back for fixing. Also he told one staff Vic to provide a new screen protector free of charge, which Vic did.Few days later we found out the phone has a problem with audio echoing. Whenever people are speaking on the other end of the call, they hear a reverb sound of their voice echoing. We took the phone to them, they acknowledged the receipt, and again we spoke to Vic. He was very nice and understanding, and told us to bring it back for the technician to inspect.My partner brought the phone back just 1 day past the warranty, though she already informed them and they acknowledged. They changed the phone screen again, but this time the back cover case was changed. No more scratch, and they added a screen protector too. Though the problem still persist, they said it could be the phone updates, they said we should wipe the phone clean and download the new update again.I really liked their service but do not agree with few things. I do not like the lies they tell, they told us first time they had 1 left in stock, so why did they guarantee to fix the phone screen if we bring it back?Also the staff that gave us the phone after fixing the first time, he was trying to be understanding but his method of communicating with customers was not right. He shouldn't be hiding the phone away from us when we asked to inspect the phone after fixing when he was trying to explain the result.I would recommend this store, because they are tying to be legit phone store. I went to other phone repair shops around Woolwich and they were trying to charge me £200 for fixing this phone. But this cell fine city were honest with their price. You also get a receipt too.

The worst shop in london or the worst shop in england. I gave my iphone 12 to replace my battery..he not only replaced the battery and he replaced my iphone original camera to a duplicate camera and sensor. I didnt knew about it. After some days many problems started happening to my mobile. Same as the situation happened to my girlfriend mobile. Dont every take your mobile to that shop. Even the phone is dead dont take it there.. because these scammers will take off the original parts and will set their duplicate parts to our mobile.

Unprofessional aftercare service shame we have to leave a star because this place deserves NONE. Shouldn't be a hassle or result in arguments to request refund on a repair where the parts haven't come in yet nor has any work been done on it! From other reviews -that I wish I'd seen before coming to this place- I see that unprofessionalism and dodgy dealings is common with this place. First red flag should've been that money is collected before service, typically most other repair shops collect money after service; they know the shady service they're delivering. Avoid.Edit - wish I could give 0 stars these people should not be in business. I was given a name of a manager to contact to cancel the parts order the next day...I ask for him and hear he no longer works at the store and left months ago ! Was given sass when asked why I was given a managers name that left ages ago to call. They said they'd call me back but never called me back. They also have a habit of intimidating customers & assuming the customer is lying I was close to leaving the refund but it was a lot of money & I refused to be victim as it's clear they've gotten away with abuse for a long time. Eventually got my money back minus postage cost for returning the parts. Very unhinged to conduct business like this! This is a disgrace I have filed a complaint with citizens advice & trading standard.

don't go to this place, I took my laptop, but I didn't accept the repair, and they must have fixed it without my permission. For this reason, they made the motherboard unusable, ruining the connectors and scratching around where they removed the conduit. See before I took to them and then after I took my laptop back, worst place ever, I highly don't recommend this trash place.
