Toolstation Llanelli

Once again visited Toolstation today around 3pm and was greeted with an extremely warm welcome from the Store Manager and a Female colleague (wished I rememberedtheir names!), did joke that I was only in for Dooor stops this time, and once again a brilliant customer experience and that's why I choose Toolstation over local rivals!!! I tend to order from these guys a couple of times a week and have never been let down with the products or staff service.

I bought a pair of boots from the Barry store, brilliant service, no complaints. The boots fell apart and were replaced like for like in store with no issue. The replacement fell apart a few weeks later. I went to the Llanelli store to change them as it was closer at the time. I was served by a woman called Caroline. Her first suggestion was to get the old pair from the Barry store and use one boot from each pair. She spent most of the time I was in store complaining she has diabetes, told me all the boots toolstation sell are terrible and she won’t wear them, all the while with the face of a bulldog who’s had bad news. Spoke to other staff members like they were idiots. One in particular, a lad who’s name I didn’t get earned my respect for not punching her in the face the way she spoke to him. I did get a replacement pair and can’t fault tool station as a company

I have been using this branch for many years, firstly it was the convenience and cost. The money saving here are great.Over the years I have always been welcomed by a team of happy people who always go out of their way to ensure you leave the branch with what you want along with a smile.All in all:Great team, great products ,great price.Thanks guysRich
