Excellent company

Unprofessional AC company.As soon as they take your deposit, you stop hearing from them. You have to repeatedly chase them, regarding your installation date.My installation kept getting pushed back. Tony, is also often difficult to get hold off.The engineers were not properly equipped, and I had to actually lend them bits from my own equipment.The quality of work was not great either, my AC unit, is not completely horizontal. Unnecessary marks were made to my walls and floor.The only good thing was the price. They are a lot cheaper than other AC companies, but now you know why.

We recently had air cons fitted in our studio. Great service and very competitive, the guys were very helpful in assisting us to make a decision on which unit to take and surprisingly the one we wanted was more expensive than the one we needed - which is refreshing in today's business world.Highly recommend Argoclima, their units offer heating as well.

Didn't bother replying to voicemail regarding repair of portable air conditioner.

We contacted Tony to look at installing a heat pump, having worked out the detail an order was placed. We live in a top floor flat with a mix of flat and pitched roof so it was decided that the unit would go on top to minimise pipe work and trunking. Prior to installation day we found out the flat roof could not be used and agreed pipe work would be brought through the flat and I would box the pipes in after install. Tony and Sam looked at the problem and managed to conceal all of the pipes in the void between the flat roof and hall ceiling which I roughly estimated added a day to their installation time, this was done at no further cost to us as they thought the boxing would look ugly. To find any tradesman that would take their time and increase the amount of time to make sure the job was the best it could be is rare is this day and age. The units are excellent and now a cold flat which cost a fortune to heat with electric heaters is now toasty and costing two thirds less to run than before. We would highly recommend Tony and also Argoclima without hesitation.
