An excellent 5 star service with Fuse! Ross serviced our Pyronix Castle system, installed by Fuse in 2016, which was registering a Tamper fault. He had to get to the alarm sounder in a very difficult place, which he successfully achieved! Very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service. I would highly recommend Ross and Fuse Systems!

Just simply wonderful customer service this evening. Alarm started to sound due to update of new internet installation. Two babies needing to sleep. A quick email to Fuse, and I had a reply within 15 minutes. All while boarding a plane! The slowest part of the whole thing was me having to reset some settings myself. Another excellent experience with Fuse. Don't waste your time trying anywhere else.

Ross serviced my alarm system, installing a new battery and replacing 3 sensors. Great communication from start to finish, he sent quotation, confirmation of booking and final invoice. Ross was so friendly and helpful, carrying out a thorough service. I would definitely use ‘Fuse’ again and highly recommend!

Very glad I choose to go with Fuse: they were very responsive from initial enquiry and were able to get my job booked in and completed very quickly and smoothly. The guys were able to come up with good solutions to the limitations of my old property without fuss and we're professional and friendly. They also offer 24hr support for any of their work which is invaluable these days. Would definitely recommend and use their services again!
